A heavy duty wash pump increases the lifespan of the unit, able to cope with multiple washes. An insulated boiler traps the heat whilst speeding up the heating process. An EasyClean wash filter eliminates the unwanted debris, particles and sediments from the wash cycles leaving the wash tank and water system clear and clean. Once the hood is lowered the system kick starts automatically increases productivity as well as reducing user intervention. Furthermore a tall usable height of 400mm allows the larger catering equipment to be washed inside easily. A powerful wash cycle then powers through any marks through a deep cleaning process. A self-draining pump flushes out the wash water leaving the tank fresh and hygienic. A moulded tank helps to flush out the remaining water out, leaving no stagnant water or build-up of debris.
