GN Pan 2/1 – 650 x 530mm (Double GN)
GN Pan 2/4 – 530 x 162mm (Two-Quarter GN)

Some of you may mix and match different sizes. And some may even have to consider whether to use gn pan lid, ladle, and spatula.
Material
Stainless Steel
Its strong in nature characteristic makes it suitable for a wide range of temperatures from oven cooking to chilling. It is durable as well. Multitasking is also one of its merits. You can use the same stainless steel gn container all the way from food preparation, cooking, and even food presentation. This saves time for swapping and cleaning the food pans.
