The Arris Grillvapor GV1209C countertop radiant gas chargrill, equipped with a water humidifier system, is specially designed for cooking poultry and meat products. The humidifier system ensures that products remain moist during cooking and facilitates easier cleaning as the fat drips into the tray. The cooking deck offers four height settings, providing greater flexibility.
