The Emainox Rollycold Mybox refrigerated holding cabinet is designed for occasions where products need to be safely stored. It is ideal for staff canteens where individuals can store their own chilled lunch boxes, and for hospitals where items need to be securely stored. This cabinet is specifically designed to keep pre-chilled products cool in accordance with current HACCP requirements. The fan-assisted cooling system ensures that products are maintained at the optimum temperature.
