This Giorik GR1411P 14 rack electric Cook & hold regeneration oven is ideal for people either wanting to Re-heat pre chilled meals or for Slow cooking overnight using the holding function once cooking times have been reached. It is fitted with fan assisted heating for even heat distribution, programmable controls, humidity control, core cooking probe making it a simple and efficient oven to use.

Supplied with core cooking probe as standard - automatically switches off the oven when food temperature is reached and will put into hold mode
Fitted with adjustable humidity controls - ideal for reheating or keeping foodstuffs moist
