Description

The Sagi KAB1B 20 tray bakery freezer retarder prover is designed to accommodate the Euronorm 600 x 400mm tray system. Its fully automatic controls simplify operation—just load and push the button. The different phases of retarding and proofing, with the correct relative humidity, are managed by electronic controls. These controls can be programmed to activate at a pre-set time, aligning with your operational needs and helping to reduce staff costs.

Will accept 20 x 600 x 400mm trays at 40mm centres - supplied with 20 trays slides as standard
80 shelf positions allow you to load varying depths of product at the same time
Automatic electronic controls - temperature range -18/+30ºC - can be used in either manual or automatic mode
Fan assisted refrigeration system with automatic defrost and self-evaporation
Proofing cycle by use of electric heaters and precise control of the relative humidity with humidity regulator - mains water supply required

Electronic controls have an inbuilt timer allowing you to set the unit to suit your operation
304 stainless steel interior and exterior
Easy to clean - radiused internal corners with wash out drain and removable shelf racking
User reversible hinged door
