Description

The stylish Steno PL20B Planetary Mixer is specifically designed for confectionery and food work, featuring an attractive design suitable for public display. The variable speed control allows for the appropriate speed to be selected for each type of mix and can be adjusted during the mixing process without causing a sudden stop.

Product Features

Stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 20 litres (320mm diameter x 300mm height)
Variable speed controls adjustable while the unit is running, allowing correct product mixing
Fitted with an electronic timer
Four adjustable stainless steel legs designed for easy cleaning around the mixer
Heavy-duty white sheet steel finish with thermoformed lid and mouldings
Tools can be changed without removing the bowl

Heavy-duty gear transmission
Moving parts are fitted on ball bearings, ensuring maintenance-free and quiet running
Thermoplastic safety lid with a safety shut-off switch if opened during operation
Shockproof transparent lid allows easy viewing, is easy to clean, reduces flour contamination, and aids cleanliness
Lid includes a slot for adding products during the mixing process
