Product Features

Each drawer is individually controlled

Temperature range can be set between 60 - 90ÂºC - can also be used for slow cooking

Fitted with analogue controls and thermometer

Stainless steel heating elements

Each drawer will hold a 1/1gn container - 150mm deep, (supplied)

Each drawer is fitted with a steam release vent allowing you to control the humidity to suit the product

Stainless steel construction throughout - easy to clean and durable
