Description

These German manufactured Debag "Helios" Heavy duty bakery deck ovens are ideal for Cooking bread and other bakery products on a stone slab as in the traditional methods, and can be stacked with other ovens of differing oven chamber heights allowing more flexibility - image shows oven with optional mobile heated base.

Capacity; 2 x 400 x 600mm tray per oven, side by side - can be stacked upto 4 ovens tall

Standard internal oven height is 160mm but as an option you can have a 200mm oven height - these can be mixed and matched to suit your baking requirements (see accessories) overall oven heights will increase accordingly

Fitted with controlled internal steam generator to each individual oven

Supplied with stone slab floor as standard

Glass door slides upwards and inwards - reduces risk of burns to the operator

Independently controlled top and bottom heating elements
