The Diamond FTEV 40/58-N is a 400mm wide electric conveyor pizza oven ideal for producing a large number of pizzas but also pies, tarts and lasagne etc.Constructed completely from stainless steel with ceramic fibre to ensure thermal isolation. With a maximum pizza output from 145 x Ã¢Å'â‚¬ 150mm to 21 x Ã¢Å'â‚¬ 400mm.Homogeneous distribution of hot air allowing a lower cooking temperature than traditional furnaces.
