Description

The Diamond FTEV 65/110-N is a 600mm wide electric conveyor pizza oven ideal for producing a large number of pizzas but also pies, tarts and lasagne etc.Constructed completely from stainless steel with ceramic fibre to ensure thermal isolation. With a maximum pizza output from 155 x Ã¢Å'â‚¬ 250mm to 25 x Ã¢Å'â‚¬ 500mm (meaning you can cook over 18 inch pizzas).Homogeneous distribution of hot air allowing a lower cooking temperature than traditional furnaces.
