The large cold zone helps keep the oil quality unchanged, while the front drainer offers great ease of use and cleaning. It also has a safety thermostat and thermostatic oil temperature regulation (90-190 °C). The gas version is equipped with a high output cast iron burner with horizontal flame, while the electric version has armoured stainless steel electric heating elements.
