The Domina 1100 GF411 Single Bowl Gas Freestanding Fryer is perfect for busy commercial kitchens. It features an AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel worktop of 2 mm thickness, fixed to the surface with continuous welding to ensure durability. The large cold zone helps keep the oil quality unchanged, while the front drainer offers great ease of use and cleaning. It also has a safety thermostat and thermostatic oil temperature regulation (90-190 °C). The gas version is equipped with a high output cast iron burner with horizontal flame, while the electric version has armoured stainless steel electric heating elements.
