Domina Pro 700 PEE7750I Indirect Heating Electric Boiling Pan is highly efficient and reliable. Featuring a tank side and interspace made from AISI 304, while the bottom is made from AISI 316 for better corrosion resistance. The AISI 304 lid ensures minimal loss of steam and heat, while a double insulation lid option is available for better thermal insulation. This boiling pan also has a hot and cold water tap with swivel nozzle and an interspace water-level viewer in the front panel. Gas versions feature stainless steel tubular burner with self-stabilizing flame, pilot flame with thermocouple safety device, piezo-electric ignition of the pilot and safety valve with pressure gauge. Electric versions come with power adjustment with 4-position switch, pressure gauge for the automatic control of the interspace steam and safety valve with gauge.
