The Domina Pro 700 PEG7750I Indirect Heating Gas Boiling Pan is a highly efficient and reliable cooking tool. Featuring a tank made of AISI 304 and a bottom of AISI 316 for extra corrosion resistance, the boiling pan is designed to minimize steam and heat loss, thanks to the double insulation lid available as an option. For convenience, a hot and cold water tap with swivel nozzle is also installed on the top of the worktop. With indirect heating generated by the low pressure steam of the interspace water, the surface of the container is evenly heated. Moreover, the gas version comes with a stainless steel tubular burner with a self-stabilizing flame, a pilot flame with a thermocouple safety device, and a piezo-electric ignition of the pilot. For the electric version, it is equipped with power adjustment with a 4-position switch, a pressure gauge for the automatic control of the interspace steam, and a safety valve with gauge.
