Domina Pro 900 FB98AXL is a 4-burner freestanding gas cooker with an open stand. It features Flex Burners with brass burner caps and self-stabilizing flame for safe and easy maintenance. With adjustable power range from a minimum of 1.5 kW to a maximum of 5.5 / 7 kW for the 5,5/7 kW burners and adjustable power range from a minimum of 2 kW to a maximum of 11 kW for the 11kW burners, this cooker offers maximum cooking flexibility. The single cast iron pan support are dishwasher-size and are ideal for pans up to 40 cm in diameter. Versions with oven include a stainless steel cooking chamber with enameled bottom, stainless steel double-wall door with insulating casing. The gas oven is powered by a 7 kW burner (10 kW for maxi oven) with self-stabilizing flame and thermostatic temperature control with safety valve and thermocouple. The electric oven has 6 kW stainless steel armoured heating elements placed on the bottom and on the top of the cooking chamber with thermostatic temperature control and separate bottom/top temperature control for maximum cooking flexibility.
