The Domina Pro 900 FTBE98TLRC 2/3 Chromed Smooth 1/3 Ribbed Plate Electric Frytop is a unique cooking plate with rounded front corners in smooth steel, with polished or solid chrome finish, and a thickness of 15 mm. It comes with a Teflon cap (as option) that easily removes to facilitate cleaning operations and the discharge of grease into a removable stainless steel basin with capacity up to 2,5 liters. The chrome finish allows for cooking different foods in succession without transferring smells and flavors, thus eliminating the need for cleaning between uses. Moreover, the chrome finish is characterized by lower dispersion of heat, making the working environment more comfortable.
