Emainox Self Supreme Refrigerated dolewell display with fan assisted cooling. They can be fitted with a range of gantry options - a motorised lifting option is available allowing it to be closed when not being used, so food does not have to be removed. Product Features
Capacity = 2 x 1/1gn - 30 to 150mm deep.
Fan assisted refrigerated dolewell - dolewell height is adjustable between 30 - 150mm
Evaporator is made with anti corrosion coating which can be lifted up to allow cleaning underneath it.
Digital temperature control - temperature range +4/+10'C in an ambient not exceeding 25'C
R209 refrigerant
Supplied with Laminated panels with a choice of 7 colours to choose from - please see Colour options in "Download section"
High quality 304 stainless steel finish to top and well
Fitted with castors
Automatic re-evaporation of the defrost water - requires no drain.
