Description
Fully built in AISI 304 stainless steel they consist of a frame which inside houses "u"- shaped elements that, properly arranged, create a solid labyrinth structure. Their operation is based on the principle of inertia. Mainly used for the filtration of greasy vapours and oily mist, they are widely used in the food sector and in the hood for restaurants kitchens. They are easily washable, even in the dishwasher; and have an unlimited service life.
