The UPD400 operates fully automatically using fan assisted cooling to ensure your products stay at the temperature you desire. To prevent the accumulation of frosted ice, the unit employs an automatic defrost function.  Most of this unit is made from double glazed glass which insulates the chiller, saving you money on energy bills, while making it very easy for customers to see exactly what they are buying, The rest of this unit is made from stainless steel making it sturdy and easy to clean.  Adjustable shelves make it easy for you to display your cakes in a eye catching way. The shelves can be moved around to give room for your more creative arrangement ideas.
