This Heavy duty German made gas fish fryer has a Flat bottom with external burners allowing a large frying area - ideal for frying Fish, Tempura prawns, Tacco shells, Doughnuts etc.

Single tank gas fryer - 28 litre capacity with batter basin 1/1gn size

Large Frying area = 850w x 430d x 120 -140mm high

Flat bottom - with external burners allows easy cleaning

Batter basin is supplied to the right as standard but can be supplied on the left on request - please state when ordering

3mm thick stainless steel pan

Double walled body - reduces heat loss and saves on gas consumption

Fitted with cool zone - increases oil life

Supplied with analgoue thermometer to read oil temperature

Fitted with piezo ignition for easy lighting

Can be supplied for LPG use or Natural mains gas use - please choose when ordering
