This Valko Idrochef 70 Mobile sous vide heating re-circulator is ideal for Medium to Large catering operations. Sous vide cooking retains precious nutritional food properties, reduces shrinkage and allows kitchens to plan batch cooking in advance and even overnight cooking. Link it with a vacuum packer and blast chiller and you have a very flexible cooking system which will reduce food waste.Ã¢â‚¬â€¹

Intergrated timer and accoustic alarm with automatic switch off prevents over cooking
