The Domina Pro 900 BRG912T Stainless Steel Bowl Gas Top is an advanced and reliable piece of professional kitchen equipment. It is made from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel for superior durability, and features a rounded design which facilitates unloading and cleaning operations. It is also equipped with an ergonomic handle for easy manual tilting, and a water load tap positioned on the front. The gas versions feature a stainless steel burner with multiple arms for even more heat diffusion, and a gas valve with thermocouple and thermostatic temperature control (90-320 °C).
