Domina Pro 900 FTBG98TR is a ribbed plate gas countertop griddle with a polished or solid chrome finish. Its 15 mm thick cooking plate has rounded front corners in smooth steel and the option of a Teflon cap for easy cleaning and grease discharge into a removable 2.5 liter stainless steel basin. 70 cm models have independent gas burners/electric heating elements for differentiated cooking. The chrome finishing prevents transfer of smells and flavors and facilitates cleaning operations while providing a more comfortable working environment.
