Domina Pro 900 PEE98A150I Indirect Electric BOiling Pan is designed to provide optimal and efficient cooking performance. Its tank sides and the interspace are built of AISI 304 and the bottom is made of AISI 316 for greater resistance to corrosion. The AISI 304 lid ensures minimal loss of steam and heat and double insulation lid is available as an option to ensure better thermal insulation. It also features a hot and cold water tap with swivel nozzle and an interspace water-level viewer in the front panel. For gas versions, it includes a stainless steel tubular burner with self-stabilizing flame, pilot flame with thermocouple safety device and piezo-electric ignition of the pilot. For electric versions, it features power adjustment with 4-position switch, pressure gauge for the automatic control of the interspace steam and safety valve with gauge.
