Domina Pro 900 PEG98A150 Direct Heating Gas Boiling Pan

The Domina Pro 900 PEG98A150 Direct Heating Gas Boiling Pan is specially designed to provide outstanding resistance to corrosion. It is made from AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel for the sides and bottom respectively. It is equipped with a double insulation lid to ensure better thermal insulation and a hot and cold water tap with swivel nozzle placed on top of the worktop. The interspace water-level viewer in the front panel allows for easy monitoring. For gas versions, the pan is equipped with a stainless steel tubular burner, pilot flame with thermocouple safety device, and piezo-electric ignition of the pilot. For electric versions, the pan features power adjustment with 4-position switch, pressure gauge for the automatic control of the interspace steam, and safety valve with gauge.
