The Italforni TKC1 Single Deck Electric Pizza Oven is a high capacity single deck pizza oven, ideal for pizzeria’s, pubs, takeaways etc. It will hold up to 9 x 12″ pizzas! This oven is a high performance, high output pizza oven manufactured in Pesaro, Italy. The pizza oven features a large aluminum coated steel cooking chamber with refractory baking floor capable of cooking up to nine 12″ pizzas at a time, making it a versatile addition to busy commercial or professional kitchens, restaurants and takeaways.Heat is generated by upper and lower armoured stainless steel heating elements delivering a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C. The oven is lit internally by high resistance halogen lamps and features a large counter balanced door with tempered glazed viewing window. The pizza oven is available in a stainless steel or rustic style finish, and can be supplied with an optional stand or hermetic dough prover compartment.
